Have more leftover Christmas ham than you know what to do with? Tired of ham sandwiches for lunch and dinner? Here’s an incredibly easy and delicious alternative for your holiday leftover.

I carefully trim the ham of all fat then pan sear until slightly crispy. I sprinkle the ham over a bed of fresh spinach and pear.

The salad is topped with a simple dressing of spicy mustard and balsamic vinegar. The spicy and sweet dressing brings the whole dish together and will have you craving more.

This year, enjoy the leftover flavors of Christmas without any palate boredom!
