This is a refreshing raw broccoli salad that will brighten any plate and daily nutrition profile. The ingredients are simple to find and the directions even easier to follow.

This salad can stand up as a light meal solo or will act as a delicious accompaniment next to a manly cut of beef.

Even thought this refreshing healthy salad sounds like the ideal ladies brunch potluck dish, my biggest fans are the manly men in my life. It’s a salad that’s minus the lettuce, a salad they can stab with a fork, a salad that’s no fuss, and a salad that packs big flavor.

Enjoy and eat up. Soon, you’ll have your family asking, “where’s the broccoli?”

Raw Broccoli Salad

Makes 5 Adult Servings

Ingredients:

2 cups raw chopped broccoli

½ cup raw red onion

½ cup chopped pecans

½ cup raisins (unsweetened)

¾ cup red wine vinegar

2 tsp sea salt

2 tsp cracked black pepper

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
